Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox was born in Aberdeen Scotland on December 25 1954. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name used by her parents. Lennox was accepted into the Royal Academy of Music in London during the 1970s when she learned the flute piano as well as the harpsichord for three consecutive years. The budget of her was augmented with a student stipend and part-time work. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents weren't as good as those of those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she began thinking about other options she could pursue. Lennox began her career as an instrument player in the band Dragons Playground. The album is a companion to her album Now I Let you go... artwork which was on display at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. It's also her debut self-released album.
