Rebecca Romijn was a model prior to becoming an actor. She is most famous for her character in 'Mystique,' the protagonist in the opening section of X-Men. Romijn was part of a Marvel filmcalled "The Punisher", in which she played Joan. From the time she began her career as a model, Romijn has worked for the top brands like Christian Dior, Sports Illustrated, and Victoria's Secret. She spent more than a decade as a model for large fashion houses. In the end, she left her job in pursuit of acting. Romijn has enjoyed a much better job on television than Hollywood. She played 'Alexis Mead" in the comedy-drama "Ugly Betty' and later as "Jessie Nichols" in 'NTSF:SD The SUV'. In addition, she was a part of the TV shows 'King & Maxwell and The Librarians.
