Jung Hoyeon was conceived on June 23, 1995 in Myeonmok-dong Seoul, South Korea. She is the sister of two. Her parents are restaurateurs. She attended Dongduk Women's University College of Performing Arts in which she was a model. Hoyeon said that Jennie's stylist, who was familiar with both of us, was the reason they met.
